Viewing Orders and Fulfilling My Own Products

Raiseberry offers simplified fundraiser capabilities, one of them is manually fulfill campaign orders. It's super easy, just follow these steps:

Dashboard > select the [fundraiser title] > select 'Manage Orders'

Manual order fulfillment can be used for order/s for custom products that you may have fulfilled/shipped on your own, or that the supporter has picked up from you directly.

Click on 'Manage Orders'

Click the gear button under 'Process & Edit' on the row of the order you want to fulfill.

Tick the box under 'Fulfilled' for the items in the order that have been fulfilled/handed to the supporter.

Select 'OK' on the confirmation popup window

If you have shipped the order yourself, you can also add a tracking number on the field below.
