How to invite my participants to share my fundraiser
Raiseberry offers powerful tools to make sure your campaign is set for success. Spreading word of your fundraiser is made so easy for everyone—leaders and participants alike. Here's how:
Once inside your Raiseberry account, go to your Dashboard and select the 'Manage Participants' on the campaign that you would like to invite participants to.
On the pop-up you'll find 2 ways to invite participants:
1. One is to directly enter their email addresses, separated by commas, on the provided field.
If you choose this option and enter the email addresses, the participants will be added to your list immediately.
From there you can easily see if they've already registered or if they haven't accepted the invite.
You can resend the invite to their email address or send them a copy of the invitation link through your desired platform.
2. Another way is to allow them to self-register by clicking on a URL link or by scanning a QR code.
The URL link can be pasted on emails or sent through SMS.
The QR code can also be printed to make it easier for participants to scan it using their mobile phone and register.
Both the QR code and the link can be posted on your social pages.
Upon registering, each participant will be able to access their own dashboard. They will also be assigned both a personal QR code and URL Link that they can share to supporters who want to purchase fundraiser products or send donations.
The Dashboard comes with some tips on how to share these as well!
